Learn More About Our Guacamole Business

Our company was founded by Myriam Boyer who is originally from Monterrey, NL in Mexico. When she arrived in the US, she saw the lack of freshly made food in events like festivals, fairs, and farmers markets.

How We Guac Your World Came to Be

One of Myriam’s passions as a Mexican is to feed people. She loves having family, friends, and coworkers come over for gatherings at her house. Myriam’s guacamole, salsas, and other food became popular to the point that people encouraged her to sell her dishes. In 2012, she started We Guac Your World in Fishers, IN.

After taking her two children on their first day of school, Myriam went home and thought, "What am I going to do while they are at school?" Myriam was an entrepreneur in her home city, Monterrey, for 15 years. She founded a gift shop and a manufacturer of decorative items. She decided to do the same here in the USA but this time with her popular and healthy foods.

She also realized that there were many women in the same situation as her, wanting to be a stay home mom but also to be productive while kids where at school. So, Myriam hired some of those women in her business. In the process, she did not only recruit employees but built great friendships as well.

Guacamole, pico de gallo, and salsa verde were the first three products sold in 2012. Eventually, customers’ demand for fresher and healthier food grew. This led the company to add cactus salad, avocado salsa, baked tostadas, and lime pie to the menu.

Why Our Treats Are a Hit

Healthy and Fresh

We are proud to sell products that are free of preservatives, artificial colors and flavors, gluten, dairy, sugar. This means our food’s shelf-life for most of our products is one week. Our best-selling guacamole has a shelf-life of two days, if it makes it that far in your house!

Locally Sourced

When in season, we buy ingredients such as tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and pepper from local farmers. We make the food preparation the day before the market opens in a certified kitchen. Our team makes the guacamole in front of people and packs it for selling. It has become a process that both amazes and entertains people.

A Socially Responsible Business

We care about our planet. Our team composts our waste and return cartons, boxes, and plastic produce cages to producers and suppliers. Additionally, we follow the “reduce, reuse, recycle” principle and save water and energy.

Mission

At We Guac Your World, we believe that eating healthy is living healthy. That’s why we don’t use any preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. Eating fresh is better than processed. That is why we chop our vegetables one day before the farmers markets. Then, we finish the preparation at the markets in front of your eyes! Using fresh ingredients is key to a great flavor. That's why we make everything from scratch.

Vision

We strive to bring our customers great tasting, fresh, and all-natural treats that fit into their healthy lifestyles! By making our products available through more farmers markets and festivals, everyone can have their world guac'ed!

Service Areas

Our business now serves four farmers markets in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Carmel, IN. We prepare healthy dishes from May 1st until September 30th of each year.
